Lekki Lagos Nigeria Peninsula - are we talking real estate?

Lekki Lagos Nigeria Peninsula is a developing suburb considered a prime real estate location. When I go to Lekki, what I usually notice apart from the traffic is the never ending construction works.

I think the recent trend is you work in Victoria Island but live in Lekki. The continual commercialisation of Victoria Island, which used to be very residential, has made that inevitable. Plus Lekki does have some of the best properties in Nigeria. Take a tour of Amen Estate

The Lekki Sub-Region comprises of a naturally formed peninsula on the Atlantic Ocean East of Lagos City and on Lagos Lagoon. The peninsula is approximately 70 to 80 km long, stretchingfrom Victoria Island in the west to Refuge Island in the east, with an average width of 10 km.
