With the current state of the country's public infrastructure, like transport and power, it's looking unlikely that we'll make it. But if we can reduce the high level of corruption and improve the current state of the country's failing infrastructure then may be we'll be well on our way.
FYI, to become one of the top 20 economies in the world, Nigeria's per capital income will have to increase to $10,000. It is current at $1,500. Per capital income is how much each citizen should earn based on a country's GDP.
